Below are screenshots of Shadowrun’s dedicated server administration application:

Below is an example of a dedicated server’s .config file as (oddly enough) found in the root directory of the DVD.

I can say that it’s not intuitive on just how to set up a dedicated server on a box at a data center. In fact, I don’t think there are any instructions for it. There are instructions on getting a dedicated server installed on a local machine. But hosting dedicated servers locally is old technology. PC gamers are used to hosting dedicated servers from data centers located around the country.
Regardless, I’m going to have to create an .iso image file of the DVD to run remotely from the data center. I am unaware if my CD key will be invalid on that server. I suspect that it might. Additionally, I am probably doing something illegal by making an .iso version of the game and uploading it to a remote location.
More on the dedicated server issue later.

I don’t want to be rude or anything but why would you need an .iso . You can play the game without a dvd. so if you want 1 server it should be ok, but if you want more than you’re right
